Leighton Denny Steel Appeal

Leighton Denny Steel Appeal is in fact Leightons favourite from his range so far. It is as dark as grey gets before it becomes black. It's a charcoal with tiny multidimensional multicoloured particles which give it it's depth and enable it to glisten rather than being a flat colour. I have tipped it with I am Diva siver glitter to contrast and give it a touch of bling!

OPI Gouda Gouda Two Shoes

OPI Gouda Gouda Two Shoes is from their Holland collection and goes with anything. It's a dark peach/rose with a hint of terracotta which could almost be described as brick colour. It also has tiny microparticles of gold shimmer set within it which although very subtle contribute towards making it expensive looking especially at night. It's the perfect neutral for those of us who aren't too keen on barely there nudes and applies like a dream. A perfect addition to anyones nail wardrobe!

Nails inc Camden Crackle

Nails inc Camden crackle is from their special effects range. It's a true black and as I was unsure as to whether I would like it I have teamed it with two coats of NI Primrose Hill as a base to give a more subtle look. It looks amazing and I love it so am looking forward to trying it with a more vibrant colour as a base soon. I added a top coat to give a glossy finish which is fab...I love that it makes it so easy for any of us who aren't very good at nail art to get the look!

OPI 3 Plums I win

OPI 3 Plums I win is from the Las Vegas collection which was launched 2002/3 (one of my favourite places I've visited so far). It's a fab colour for all us pink/purple fans as it combines both to give a striking mix of the two tones. The metallic sheen it has makes it truly captivating in any light. I found this one hidden away in an old box at the weekend and I'm really glad I did...isn't it great when you rediscover polishes from the past?!!!

Nails inc The Thames

Nails inc The Thames is perfectly named to resemble the colour of the river. It's predominantly a grey which changes depth from mid to dark depending on the amount of light which is on it, changing with the weather and time of day. It's a great neutral to choose after all the party nails of the season, a classy classic to take you to any occasion.
